Tommy Hahn and Motosport Xtreme Kawasaki to Compete in Select Supercross Events
Irvine, Calif. (March 7, 2008)
“ Beginning at the Minneapolis round of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM Championship, Tommy Hahn will compete in a select number of supercross class events aboard a Motosport Xtreme Kawasaki prepared KX450F.
This is a great opportunity, said Hahn. My goal is to finish in the top-10 and get good results. I’m pretty comfortable on the 450. I’ve only ridden it a couple times but it feels good.
Hahn is currently fifth in the AMA Western Regional Supercross Lites standings on the strength of two runner-up finishes. He began testing on the Kawasaki KX 450F this week and looks to be ready for the Minneapolis round.
This is a chance for Tommy to gain some good experience. said Motosport Xtreme Kawasaki owner Bobby Hewitt. It is also good experience for the team. We are hoping to get some top-10 finishes in the supercross class.
Round 11 of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM Championship is slated for Saturday, March 15 at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis.
