Fans Invited to FREE Daytona 500 Party;

Stars Recreation Center in Vacaville will be venue as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series kicks off the 2010 race season in grand fashion. Race fans will be treated to a screening of the Great American Race on Stars’ massive 13-foot high-definition television, as well as food specials at the City Sports Bar & Grill, ticket giveaways, car displays and a visit from the Infineon Raceway Girls.

Stars Recreation Center, located at 155 Browns Valley Parkway in Vacaville (www.starsrecreation.com), is the perfect setting to watch the 2010 Daytona 500 and get revved up for the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Infineon Raceway, slated for Father’s Day weekend, June 18-20.

One race fan will also win a chance to celebrate with the winner of the Daytona 500, who is scheduled to visit the Bay Area for a San Francisco Victory Tour on Wednesday, Feb. 17 aboard a motorized cable car. A seat on the cable car will be auctioned off during the party, with all proceeds going to Speedway Children’s Charities, the charitable arm of Infineon Raceway.

Tickets will also be available at the event for the race weekend, which falls on Father's Day, June 20. You can choose from packages that include exclusive Q&As with 2009 Sonoma champion Kasey Kahne or four-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson. There’s also the popular Platinum Pass.
