Pontiac Solstice GXP Drift Gets High Marks in Debut Season

GM Racing's Carmen Smith Assesses the Vehicle's Debut Year as the Final Formula Drift Event of 2007 Approaches

The Pontiac Solstice GXP has seen its share of success since making its debut in the Formula Drift Pro Championship this year. Members of the GM Racing team are hoping to add one more achievement to the list with a victory at the season-ending event at Irwindale Speedway on Oct. 13.

Drifting Returns to Infineon Raceway for Formula DRIFT Championship Series, Aug. 10-11

The Formula DRIFT Championship Series will feature its fifth round of the 2007 season with the top drifters in the nation battling it out at Infineon Raceway. This marks the fifth of seven events slated for the 2007 season.

Team Orange Announces ENEOS Oil Sponsorship for 2007 D1 GP USA Series

Team Orange had an excellent start of the 2007 D1 Grand Prix USA series last weekend at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park in Englishtown, New Jersey. Team driver Nobushige Kumakubo won the first place and team driver Kazuhiro Tanaka qualified to the best 16. Both drivers fascinated the east coast crowd with their notoriously acrobatic and entertaining drifting style, which has already been attracting thousands of fans all over the world.
