<strong>The Fiat Yamaha Team riders concluded their pre-season preparation this evening with another strong performance in the humid Qatar night, Valentino Rossi finishing second and Jorge Lorenzo sixth. This was the last time the riders will be on track before the first race, back at the same circuit in three weeks time.</strong></p>]]></description>

<strong>Drayson Racing will start fourth, outside of Row Two, for tomorrow's 58th Running of the 12 Hours of Sebring presented by Fresh from Florida. The qualifying effort follows an off-season of intense preparation by the team and positions the No. 8 Drayson Racing Lola Coupé with Judd Power as the highest ranking American Le Mans Series (ALMS) privateer entry. The qualifying lap of one minute, 46.46 seconds by Emanuele Pirro (Rome) places the United Kingdom-based, Le Mans Prototype One (LMP1) operation directly behind the factory programme of Peugeot and alongside the factory effort of Aston Martin Racing. Pirro joins regular Drayson Racing pilots Paul Drayson (London/Gloucestershire, UK) and Jonny Cocker (Guisborough, Yorks, UK) for the opening round of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) at 10:30 (ET).</strong></p>]]></description>

During qualifying for the long distance classic in Florida, which kicks off the 2010 American Le Mans season on Saturday, Porsche works driver Joerg Bergmeister posted the second quickest time. The title defender shares driving duties in the 911 GT3 RSR fielded by Flying Lizard Motorsports with his factory pilot teammates Patrick Long (USA) and Marc Lieb (Germany). “My lap was very good, but I couldn’t have done any more today,” he said. “Second place on the grid for a twelve hour race is an excellent starting position.”</strong></p>]]></description>

Ward has nine AMA Pro Racing Championships in Motocross, Supercross and Supermoto.  He also has a number of other significant motorcycle wins and achievements as well as an impressive auto racing resume that includes a Ganassi Indy Car win, Rookie of the Year at the 1997 Indianapolis 500 and a second place finish in that iconic event in 1999.  Jeff is also in the Motorcycle Hall of Fame and the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.</strong></p>]]></description>
