View this post on Instagram Graham Rahal watched the Podium Wave Parade move out for a trip around the track thinking what should have been if Race Control did not rule that he blocked Scott Dixon when coming out of Turn 8 and down the back straight on Seaside Drive during the last lap. Graham Rahal did mention that his front tires were shot and that he was allowed one move. "I’ve seen (the replay)," Rahal said. "I think like when I watch it, I think actually it gives me an even better case, which is maybe what angers me a little more. "The arc out of the corner is a consistent arc to the right, which is rule No. 1. No. 2, you’re allowed to make a move, so that’s legal. And No. 3, there’s actually still a lane to the right as well as two lanes to the left in which he could have gone. So that’s legal. I never come back all the way to the left to go into the brake zone, so he could have gone to the outside. It’s not an illegal block." Oh, what should have been - good job just the same, Graham - loved the drive on Sunday. ... notes from The EDJE A post shared by Edmund Jenks (@the_edje) on Apr 17, 2019 at 5:50pm PDT
