POSTPONEMENT OF THE GP OF RUSSIA

F1 Powerboat ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates 22th of April, 2009 St.Petersburg and Lenigrad region Motorboat & Yachting-Tourism Federation, organiser of the Grand Prix of Russia scheduled on June 4th & 6th, has just informed us that due to the carrying out the World Grain Forum at the same dates as Saint Petersburg Economic Forum the time schedule and availability of the location of all the events to be held in town were completely cancelled due to security reasons. The race will take place instead on the second week of August, the exact date shall be confirmed shortly. The race in Lahti instead is confirmed on Friday and Saturday June 12 & 13.
